Founded by Gayathri Narayanan, Myndtree brings mindfulness meditation and contemplative learning into the realities of modern life. Through guided meditation, study groups, retreats, private mentoring, and workplace programs, Myndtree offers inclusive, wisdom-based practices that support clarity, presence, and meaningful living. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Myndtree serves a global community through online offerings alongside local in-person programs.
